Meet The Explorers of Sentosa Children Storybook

Created an award-winning children’s storybook inspired by the works of internationally renowned recycling artist Thomas Dambo, featuring four of his giant Explorers located around Palawan Beach.

Designed as an educational storytelling piece, the book blends adventure with environmental awareness, encouraging young readers to reflect on their relationship with the island and the waste they create. The storybook complements Sentosa’s collaboration with Thomas Dambo on his first Southeast Asian installation, where the giant Explorers were built using upcycled wood and plastic alongside community partners.
